Disclaimer: Mylehive app can only be downloaded via our website. We are working to create a store for local developers to aid local content development. With that in mind, while installing the Mylehive app, you might encounter certain hitches which are a no-brainer to overcome. This tutorial will show you how to install the Mylehive app
Using your smart phone, click “Download App” from the homepage on this website or anywhere else where the “Download app” button is seen to start downloading the app.
Depending on your mobile phone browser, you might get a popup asking to confirm your download.
Reveal the completed app download by sliding down from the top of your screen or going into your “download” folder. Click on the downloaded file “Mylehive.apk” to start the installation
Nothing to worry about. All android phones are configured to do this. This happens because the file is an install-able file and the file is not coming from a location known to playstore which is the official download place for mobile phones running the Android OS.
Click the “SETTINGS” link on the pop up
Click on the “Unknown Sources” checkbox
On the “Unknown Sources” Pop up dialog box, click the “Allow this installation only” check box and click ok
Click “Install” to begin installing the app.
Sometimes you might encounter the “Blocked By Play Protect” dialog box. Simply click on “Install Anyway” to continue.
When the app has finished installing, click “Open”. If you are downloading the app for the first time, you will see a few slides introducing you to the app. REAd them carefully and slide each page to the next after carefully reading the previous.
When you are done reading the introductory slides, click “Start”. Enter your username and password or simply sign up if you have not registered.
